Refund policy

HOW TO RETURN

To return an eligible full-price item, contact hello@thebiggerpicturestore.com. A member of the Customer Service Team will respond within 48h between Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

WHEN CONTACTING CUSTOMER SERVICE, PLEASE INCLUDE:

  • Your order number and name on the order
  • We’ll then provide you the return address and further instructions to complete your return
  • We advise using a tracked service and retaining proof of postage as THEBIGGERPICTURE is not responsible for items lost in transit
  • Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 working days for inspection and processing

FAULT & DAMAGES

We hope your item arrives in perfect condition, but if something isn’t right:

Inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if it’s faulty by contacting hello@thebiggerpicturestore.com.

Returns for faulty items must also be sent via tracked post with proof of postage. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
